The Hewitt Foundation had the privilege to deliver meals to a local family in need dealing with an illness. Thanks Fusco’s Market for creating delicious meals for everyone to enjoy!

The entire community is invited out to Saluda Shoals Park on 6/24/17 for the 5th Annual Hewitt 5K. This event is in memory of our two children, Parker and Haley Hewitt, who went to be with Jesus on 6/29/09.

Here is a video of why we do this special community event:

To register for the event please head over to www.strictlyrunning.com. You can select to RUN or WALK the event. All ages are encouraged to attend. From kids to parents to experienced runners to the casual walker. It’s an event everyone can enjoy all while supporting a great cause. The proceeds from the Hewitt 5K event go towards the Hewitt Foundation.

We want the 5th year to be just as packed (if not more) than last year!  Looking forward to seeing everyone there! Please share this event and tell all of your friends about it!

FYI – Registration packet pickup will be 6/23. Location TBD.

If you can’t make it out to the Hewitt 5K but would like to help out and make a contribution to the Hewitt Foundation, we would greatly appreciate it. Any monetary donation is welcome.

This holiday season the Hewitt Foundation was able to partner with a local church to bring some Christmas joy to a local family. This family has endured the affects of medical issues for several family members, along with the loss of their home in a fire several years ago.  The Hewitt Foundation provided gift cards for meals and other necessities for the family, along with a few gifts for the children. Helping families feel the love of Christ is a goal of the Hewitt Foundation. It was our joy to assist this family feel Christ’s love and His hope during the Christmas season.
